THE CLIENT

​The Jamaican Tourism Board is a non-profit destination marketing organization that oversees global marketing and promotion efforts to position Jamaica as a premier travel destination worldwide. Serving as the primary source of travel education for the country, the organization highlights the destination's attractions, local businesses, and experiences to attract tourism and stimulate local economic growth.

PROJECT OVERVIEW

In collaboration with the Simpleview team (a tourism software provider), we were tasked with a redesign of Jamaica’s website, which serves as the key marketing platform for promoting tourism to the destination. Our team was presented with specific client requests. Encourage hotel bookings, provide a comprehensive representation of the many regions of Jamaica and create a site design that aligned with the organization's new "Come Back" global advertising campaign, brand platform and content pillars. Our creative solutions centered on accessibility and ADA compliance, responsiveness, and user engagement, ensuring a seamless web experience for travelers at every stage of their planning journey. Through a visually appealing design and optimized flow, we provided an award winning representation of the destination offerings, engaging users to book a trip to the destination and invest in the destinations local economy.
