THE CLIENT
Go La Paz is a tourism board dedicated to encouraging responsible travel to the region to support the local economy. La Paz is located in the southern end of the Baja California peninsula, between the Pacific Ocean to the west and the Sea of Cortez to the east.
PROJECT OVERVIEW
In collaboration with the Simpleview team (a tourism software provider), we held an extensive research phase with the client and key stakeholders and embarked on crafting creative solutions to capture and promote the essence of the La Paz region as a travel destination. To engage the interest of eco-conscious travelers seeking luxury and outdoor adventure, a new visual identity and website were developed to promote the destination's unique local experiences, pristine desert coastal landscape and marine ecosystems. La Paz offers an indulgent paradise, and the designs invite visitors to uncover its enchantment responsibly. The luxe color palette is inspired by the natural terrain, allowing the allure of the destination to shine rather than be overshadowed. The main logo is shaped by light and shadow and the illustrative mark evokes a playful and bright coastal vibe. With a revitalized identity and site, we celebrate La Paz's natural beauty and rich culture with the intention of safeguarding its splendor for generations to come.
